This policy explains how TWS Software ("we") processes the personal data of visitors to this website and of users of the mobile apps published under the developer name TWS Software on Apple's App Store and Google Play. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law. The French version of this policy is available here.

2. Data processed by this website
- No cookies, analytics or advertising tools are used on this website.
- Server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) are recorded by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: limited, 12 months at most.
- Emails you send us (email address, name if provided, message content) are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.
3. Data processed by our apps
All our apps follow these principles:
- Only the data needed for the features you use is processed.
- Access to device features (camera, location, contacts, notifications…) only happens with your explicit permission, granted through iOS or Android, and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
- Your data is never sold or rented.
- The details for each app (data categories, purposes, retention periods and any service providers) are listed in a dedicated section of this policy, added when the app is published, as well as in the App Privacy section of the App Store and the Data safety section of Google Play.
- When an app lets you create an account, you can delete it from within the app or by following the steps on the account and data deletion page.

4. Payments
Any in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never have access to your payment card details.
5. Recipients and service providers
Your data is only accessible to TWS Software and its technical service providers, bound by contract and confidentiality: our hosting provider alwaysdata (France) for this website and our email, and any app-specific providers listed in the relevant app section. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
If a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
7. Advertising and tracking
We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes without your consent, in line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and Google Play policies.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control and data minimisation.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data without the consent of a parent or guardian.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@tws-software.com. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
11. Changes
We may update this policy, in particular when a new app is published. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
