1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store or Google Play usage rules. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, supplemented by these terms.
2. User account
When an app offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account at any time (see how).
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Any in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google to the account linked to your store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies.
4. Prohibited use
- Circumventing technical protection measures or decompiling the app, except where permitted by law;
- Using the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- Disrupting the service or its servers.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, their content, trademarks and logos are the property of TWS Software or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law.
6. Liability
We strive to keep our apps available and working properly but cannot guarantee they will be free of errors or interruptions. TWS Software, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for its apps, their content and their support.
7. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
